July 2014

As we look ahead to next month, it is a great time to consider checking the fertility of your rams and bucks to ensure your lambing and kidding season goes as planned.

Schedule a small ruminant breeding soundness exam (BSE) during the month of July and receive $10 off per animal that is evaluated.

Please contact our office and speak with our technicians to schedule or discuss any questions!

While April showers brought May flowers, the

warmer weather has also unfortunately brought with it

the misquitos, ticks, and fleas.

In order to protect your pets from heartworm disease, external parasites, and avoid household flea outbreaks we recommend starting your pets on monthly prevention.

We currently have the following promotions of prevention:

Warm weather is finally here .... as are the

misquitos, fleas and ticks!!!

May has brought about more changes here within our staffing.

Dr. Glasgo announced last month that she was leaving to pursue clinic ownership closer to home with

her twin sister.

We wish her all the best in the next chapter of her life!

As summer begins, many families begin to add new pets to their household. This is a great time of year to do so as kids are home from school to assist with training.

Our office would like to encourage you to consider visiting the local shelters or contacting local rescues as they both

are overwhelmed with young and old animals in

need of forever homes.

During the month of June, bring in your adoption paperwork and receive a rabies vaccination for free with

the purchase of an exam on your adopted pet.
